The formula to calculate Knowledge Retention is usually based on assessing employees' performance in post-training assessments or their subsequent performance in applying the training:
Knowledge Retention = (Number of Correct Responses in Post-Training Assessment / Total Number of Questions) * 100
In this formula, "Number of Correct Responses in Post-Training Assessment" is the count of accurate responses given by employees in an assessment conducted after the training. "Total Number of Questions" is the total number of questions in the assessment.
